Returns

A refund or credit will be given for items in their original condition for up to 15 days after receipt. However for engraved items, no refund will be given unless the error was on our part. Again, delivery charges will be refunded only if the error is ours.

Please return the packing slip with returned items.

A return will normally take 1-2 weeks to process. For credit cards, refunds will normally be credited to your account. For cheques or money orders, we will send you a refund cheque.

We recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery for security.
